These terms apply when you buy or download products from FuelType (fueltype.myshopify.com). By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and delivery

FuelType sells digital PDF downloads. Files are delivered instantly after checkout. See our Refund policy for cancellations, refunds and faulty files.

Your licence

When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-commercial licence to download, print and use it for yourself and your own household. You may not resell, share, upload, distribute, copy for others or pass off any FuelType file, in whole or in part, or use it in paid services, courses or client work. All content remains the property of FuelType.

Not medical advice

FuelType's plans, guides and other content are general wellness and lifestyle information about healthy eating for adults. They are not medical or dietetic advice and are not a substitute for advice from your GP, a registered dietitian or another qualified healthcare professional. The author is a former outdoor activity instructor, not a dietitian or doctor. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, have or have had an eating disorder, or take any medication, consult your doctor or a qualified healthcare professional before following them. Check every recipe for allergens. Results vary and none are promised.

Prices

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) at checkout. Free products cost nothing but still go through checkout so we can deliver the file.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer or our liability where it cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version shown when you place your order applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
