Digital downloads

All FuelType products are digital PDF files (some supplied in a zip). There is nothing posted to you. Your files are delivered instantly after checkout, by download link on the order confirmation page and by email.

Your 14-day cancellation right

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends once the download starts, provided you have agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right to cancel. By completing checkout you ask us to supply your files straight away and acknowledge that, once your download begins, you lose your 14-day right to cancel. Because of this, we cannot offer refunds just because you have changed your mind once a file has been downloaded.

Faulty, wrong or missing files

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If a file is faulty, corrupted, not what you ordered, or never arrived, tell us within 14 days of purchase and we will fix or replace it. If we cannot put it right, we will refund you.
